"Heartily sick of Toms. Keep getting rediculous messages about how my order cannot be delivered because of customs problems, so I told them to cancel my order and refund the money. I now have neither the refund or the shoes but have now received a request to review the item!! I’ve had enough of it all. Will not be shopping with Toms again and would definitely like my money back."
