"I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of these boots and the customer service that followed. After only a short period of normal, office-only use, the stitching of the boot started coming undone. Given the price and expectations of durability, this was frustrating on its own—but what made the experience worse was how the situation was handled. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with a very rigid and unhelpful response. Despite explaining the issue and providing details, my claim was denied solely based on timing (I only had them about 3 months) , without any real consideration of the product’s condition or the circumstances. There was no effort to offer a solution, partial credit, or even a gesture of goodwill. Good customer service should stand behind the product, especially when the issue points to quality concerns. Instead, I felt dismissed and undervalued as a customer. Unfortunately, because of both the product quality and the lack of support, I would not recommend purchasing from this company again. Huge waste of money."

I wish I could give
"I wish I could give these boots a good rating but I cannot after wearing them twice. Where the top part of the boot hits my shin, they have left permanent marks on my skin. I stopped wearing them and hoping they can go away but now I have these lines. I wasn’t wearing them tight. There was ALOT of space between my shin and boots. The lines formed from sitting in a chair and squatting to reach low places."

"These boots look lovely and I really like the color and the thick sole, however they are a bit stiff and rigid and not very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Maybe need to half size up."
Best everyday boots
"These are the best boots! I am a landscape architect, and I work on job sites year-round. Besides summer, or when I have to wear snow, boots, the rest of the time I am wearing these. The shearling on all sides, including the top of my feet warm while still looking professional. I can go straight from a job site to a restaurant with my jeans on and feel like I’m still stylish."
soles are terrible
"this was my second attempt to purchase from Tom’s. I should’ve known better. I purchased a brown pair and on both pair the sole came completely off. for the amount of money they cost, they shouldn’t be made so poorly."

"These boots are so cute; they go with everything. When I wear long flared jeans, they look like cowboy boots, which I love. When I wear baggy shin-length pants, they are the perfect length. I got the Colors: Water Resistant Dune Nubuck Leather color and it goes with everything. COMFORT: They're a little narrow for wide feet. My feet aren't super wide, but they're not narrow and when I first started wearing them, they felt a little tight. They've molded to my feet now after 1. 5 weeks and I'm not getting any blisters anymore. WATERPROOF: They are waterproof! I live in Tahoe and we've had some mushy, wet days, along with some snow days this winter and my shoes have held up great. They keep my feet warm. I have metal in my right ankle on both side (inside and outside) and they don't bother it at all. They're perfect! You should definitely get a pair."

"I loved the look of these boots so much but the sole was peeling off my first pair after just a couple indoor wears. . . I then got my second pair through warranty and the sole started peeling within 7 hours of the first wear. Now, I'm dealing with my second warranty claim and am unable to get a refund for $98 boots I cannot wear."
