They're quite narrow and I dont usually have an issue with the width of my shoes. The first day I wore them to work my feet were still feeling squeezed in from the tightness. But after another full work day they've loosened up. If I had sized up, the shoe would for sure be too long, already have space at the toes as it is and I'm a consistent 7. 5 that only sometimes sizes up to 8."
