"My customer experience has been rocky. I ordered a size 11, but they were too large. I did an exchange. I’m still waiting on the new shoes in a size 10 1/2 so it’s not why I’m being asked to review these. When I did the exchange, the email was missing information about how to do that. Apparently you need to sign into your account or create an account to use the redemption code for the exchange. Instead, I was charged for the second pair. Customer service did take care of that which was nice however, while waiting for the second pair of shoes I am being bombarded with marketing emails for women’s shoes. This is notable because I’m purchased men’s shoes so it seems like that’s what I should be receiving when I go to unsubscribe from the email marketing I go to a blank page. I have replied to one of the marketing emails to see if I can get it resolved, but apparently no one is monitoring that inbox. Overall, this customer experience has been very shaky."

"Erg teleurgesteld in deze nieuwe versie. Het is geen slip-on meer, eigenlijk gewoon een sneaker. Hoog uitgesneden, lelijke dikke zool, minder slanke, veel lompere vorm, de stof voelt als karton, waar de vorige versie lekker zacht en soepel was. De schoen lijkt ook veel warmer om te dragen. Daarnaast is de maat veel groter dan hij was. Geen aanrader als je de oude gewend bent! Dit is geen slip-on, maar een sneaker!"
