I called customer service and was told to send pictures of shoes and box to a link they provided—and I have heard nothing back! I did NOT get the email they promised to send with a return label/directions! Shoes are great—customer service is NOT!"

"I usually wear a size 38. 5 in TOMS and it always fits me perfectly, but this pair feels a bit too narrow and tight. I love the style and quality as always, but I probably should’ve gone up half a size to 39 for a more comfortable fit. If you’re between sizes or have slightly wider feet, I’d recommend sizing up."

"To small, I wear other Toms and know my shoe size, these were too small, both in width and overall no room for a foot . Very disappointing and have not yet received a refund, although I have processed the return and shipped them back with the shipping label provided"
