"Terrible service. I will be relictant to purchase from this company again. The trainers were too small, despite ordering the usual size. No return label was included, and when I tried to request a return online, the website would not recognise my order number. As a result, I have been unable to return the item. I also emailed customer service and received no response after several days. Overall, this has been a very poor customer service experience."
"I ordered a size 7 - usually a US size 10 - when they arrived and I tried to put them on they were too tight. I checked the label which now shows UK 7 = US 9. I have emailed for advice on how I can exchange these for a larger size and am still waiting to receive any advice."
"This is my fourth purchase of Alpargatas. I’d read some reviews that they were now smaller and narrower so wasn’t sure about sizing. I ordered my usual size and they fit just as well as previously. They arrived promptly and well packaged. The red colour is perfect and as pictured. Toms offer a good selection of styles and a wide range of colours. My fifth pair has just been ordered!"

"Having been a loyal buyer of Tim’s Shoes (women’s Alpargatas) for over 14 years, this year, having made two orders and looking forward to adding to my collection and wearing them I had to return ALL of them. The lathe (shoe form) has changed completely. They are now too wide and too big. Beware . Unless they revert back to their original sizing I cannot buy anymore shoes from Tom’s. Devastated."
"Received the Tom’s and they are great as ever. However I paid over £5 for delivery and the delivery ended up being delayed and didn’t arrive until a week later. If I’m paying for postage and the delivery still gets delayed, I don’t think that’s great. Needed them to arrive e by the original delivery date and they didn’t. Which was annoying. As now I have to wait months to give them to the person they are for."

"I love Toms espadrilles, but wanted a half size larger as the size 5 was “too perfect”. I wanted them to be a bit looser so I ordered a 5. 5 and it is the same size as the 5 if not a fraction smaller. I have narrow feet and these are a really good design for narrow feet. But very disappointing that the length wasn't as expected!."
