"I love this shoe. It is so pretty, and I was even more excited when it came. Until I put them on and found they were way too big! I thought that was strange because I have several pairs of TOMS shoes and they all fit perfectly. So I exchanged them for the next size down and they were still too big! What happened with your sizing. I was quite disappointed."
"I love my Alpargatas espadrilles and have them in lots of different colours. But recently I bought Alpargata ballet flats as well, and frankly, I'm a bit disappointed. I like the look of them, but whereas the espadrilles have a great fit and are really, really comfortable, the ballet flats are just too wide, too loose, they slip off my feet very easily. I stuck in some heel inserts to keep them in place. Now they are. . . sort of okay. Just. Next time I'll stick to the espadrilles. I will keep buying those, but the ballet flats, I'm not so sure."

"These look great but I can't keep them on. They are wide and because of the cut don't work. The regular Tom's canvas shoes are wide but I can wear them. People with fairly narrow feet need to avoid this style."
