"Ik bestel online niet alleen voor het product, maar ook voor de beleving. Je kijkt uit naar je bestelling en hoopt een mooi, verzorgd pakketje te ontvangen dat je met plezier uitpakt. Helaas was dat voor mij niet het geval. De verzenddoos én de schoenendoos waren beschadigd, waardoor de blijdschap van het ontvangen direct verdween. De schoenen zelf zijn gelukkig in orde, maar de eerste indruk en de uitpakervaring zijn voor mij ook onderdeel van de aankoop. Daarom heb ik dit netjes gemeld, met foto’s erbij. Er werd beloofd dat ik binnen drie werkdagen een reactie zou krijgen, maar inmiddels zijn er meer dan twee weken verstreken zonder enig bericht. Wat ik vervolgens wél ontvang, is een verzoek om een review achter te laten. Dat voelt eerlijk gezegd wrang. Ik had veel liever gehad dat er eerst contact met mij was opgenomen en mijn melding serieus was behandeld."

Emailed customer service. Not heared anything. Will now have to phone. Buy Toms by all means but from a"

To narrow. No response to my return request

"Ordered 3 pairs. They are all much too narrow. I tried to fill in the return request form but it wouldn't accept the order number I'd been quoted or another number from the invoice or box that I tried. I emailed on 29 June and received an instant reply saying the email would be dealt with within 3 working days. I've heard nothing yet and may have to try phoning."

Love cherries

"I have several (maybe too many) alpergata style shoes from Toms. I love that the cherries are embroidered in the pattern. Just a cute, casual, comfortable pair to wear whenever. Good for taveling--pack easily with out adding bulk or weight."

Sized incredibly small!!

"I have average size feet. I have absolutely no problem with finding shoes that fit and always. Find the shoes I buy are try to size. This shows run so incredibly small Toms should be ashamed of themselves. I because I bought them when they had a special deal, they didn't allow returns. Hope a small child enjoys them because that's the only person these shoes will fit! I will never buy directly from Tim's again! Lesson learned!!"
