"I love the look of the boot. It is very comfortable, but the zippers are very difficult to zipper. In fact, the first pair I ordered I had to return because I couldn’t even get them zippered up and down. The second pair has functioning zippers, but it’s still requires a lot of work to get zipped up! I’m worried that I’m going to break those zipper and then I won’t be able to wear the boots"
"I got these shoes because I have a black pair that I wear almost every single day to work! I am NOT a heel/wedge girl at all and going into a professional job, I thought wearing heels would make me FEEL professional. Because my feet do not like heels, I have NEVER had an issue with my feet hurting while wearing Tom’s shoes!!! So I bought these as they look somewhat similar to my black ones. However, they do look funky on me and I have not worn them yet to work. I LOVED that they were on sale so I dove for it… but when they came in the mail which took a full 7 days Longer than delivery said…. I was not impressed with the way they looked on me. They make me look like I have some HUGE feet or something. Maybe I can try wearing them with a dress but, they look really strange with work pants. But I got a really good deal on them so that’s why I did it"
"I have several Toms that I have worn every day until they are falling apart. I was excited when I saw these black boots on sale so I ordered them. One of the zippers on the back will barely move and the front of these cut into my shins and cause bruises. And they cannot be returned because they were on sale. Lesson learned. They are true to size and fit as expected. They are just designed in a way to be uncomfortable."
"These shoes are bulky around the ankle. I put a thick sock around my ankle and zip them up to keep them from rubbing against my leg. I can show you the difference in the tan that I just purchased and the black that I purchased a few years ago that give a more snug and polished fit."
