Usual size is now too big
"I’ve been ordering Toms for years—always the same size. Recently I ordered two pair on their flash sale (no returns), same size as always, and they are HUGE!!! I can barely keep them on my feet and they look odd so I , of course, won’t be wearing them. Now I’m out almost $50 and hesitant to order any more for fear the same thing will happen again. Such a disappointment!!"

Then my wife told me she had the same problem. The shoes are too worn to exchange. I needed a heads up if they are going to change the last."
