"I was really excited to have my new Toms sent and at a really reasonable price. However I was sent the wrong size. I contacted customer services to which I received an automated holding email that I would hear in three days. After a week I am still yet to be contacted other than this review request. Disappointed, frustrated customer."
"As always the shoes are great but I had trouble with the delivery. Trying to contact the carriers was almost impossible, they use AI and if you don't say the right thing you can't get a coherent response. It took five attempts to check on delivery and in the end I changed from using a secure delivery box at my local garage to having them delivered to my home and left on the doorstep."

"I think the shoes are great but unfortunately I had to pay £23. 18 on delivery and duty charges to UPS to allow them to deliver. I was advised by customer service that I should pay it and they will refund me. I provided proof of payment and as yet no refund. I then contacted them on Instagram…again they asked for proof of payment and they would refund. Currently no refund received. So a very expensive pair of Toms."

"I’ve been ordering Toms for years—always the same size. Recently I ordered two pair on their flash sale (no returns), same size as always, and they are HUGE!!! I can barely keep them on my feet and they look odd so I , of course, won’t be wearing them. Now I’m out almost $50 and hesitant to order any more for fear the same thing will happen again. Such a disappointment!!"
