They arrived damaged, I have emailed Toms 3 x now and I still have not had an answer, your telephone number listed on the website doesn't work, your chat function is also not available and noone responds to emails - Very disappointed with your customer service. I absolutely love the shoes, but they are faulty and I do not want to have to send them back and then pay for postage to buy a new pair.

Love the look. I’m usually a size 7 or 8 and the 7. 5 here are perfect. I do have wide feet but these are comfortable and will give. They have a slightly bouncy comfort and first time wearing them I had no issues. I am very happy with them.
