"The shoes are lovely but they run on the big side and I am unable to return them from Canada so not sure I can wear them - wish I had known the return policy before I bought them. In general I am very happy with the brand, just not this purchase."

That never happened and I made several attempts to contact customer support to no avail. Im pretty sure customer service is designed to wear you down until you give up and either push the $80 shoe to the back of your closet or take them to goodwill. Sad and disappointed. Would not recommend this brand."
