"Wat een slechte service! Schoenen bleken een maatje te groot, terugsturen kostte weer verzendkosten a 6 euro terwijl je voor bezorgen ook al verzendkosten moest betalen. Na retourneren via DPD geen enkele reactie van TOMS maar in de DPD app staat dat het pakket ontvangen is. Terugstorten van het aankoop bedrag is nog steeds niet gebeurd."

"Even with the right size my foot hangs over the back of the shoe on the raised heel. I would probably need at least another half size up or more for my foot to proper stay on the shoe. But then I think they would be too big. Not designed too well. Felt like I threw my money away."

"Ordered my size, didn’t fit even remotely close. Heal hanging off the back and tight around the top of the foot. No option to just replace. Bought on sale. Sale ended before I could ship back. Now left with store credit for no replacement."

"Bought for a coming break away. Took a while to arrive, around 12 days. No good by the standards set today. First impression is the style is nice. Quality seems fairly reasonable for the price. Only real issue is the sizing. I’m a 9. 5 in almost every shoe I’ve ever owned accept prada or adidas and certain formal shoes but another discussion entirely. These fit extremely snug. Hopefully the toe box stretches slightly throughout wear to allow foot to comfortably sit inside."
