"Groene laarsjes gekocht. Alleen zijn ze niet groen. Gevraagd hoe te retourneren. Foto's gestuurd. Krijg ik het bijzondere antwoord. Om u tegemoet te komen krijgt u 15% korting. Weer gemaild dat dit onacceptabel is. Staat ook in de voorwaarden. Ik wacht nog steeds op antwoord. Gewoon retour adres. Nb ander paar schoenen wel gehouden. Ik wacht af."
"I have these in the dark raisin/burgundy color and they fit just fine. I ordered a second pair in black and the fit is very different. I have tried breaking them in and they hurt my feet above the ankle in the front of the boot. The only thing I can figure out is that they are very stiff in the front and rubbing on my leg. I can’t return them so I guess they are getting donated. I normally have no trouble with Toms. I have probably 8 pairs of boots different styles so I was very surprised these were made completely different. It could be the style but I have a pair in this style already so not sure what changed in the structure of the boot."

"Cute black boots, perfect for the office or dressing up. The heel is wide so you feel comfortable walking. My toes have enough space but I couldn't wear thick socks with them. Slightly better for long days around the office but I'm not sure if opt to wear them walking out and around NYC. I appreciate these are supposed to be water resistant, haven't tested that out yet. Price is steep so I'd wait for a sale."
"I might be reselling these because the back edge rubs the tops of my ankles / bottom of my calves. They are super cute and look great with jeans and jumpsuits though. Maybe with stockings or on top of long jeans they’ll feel better?"

"I bought 2 pair same boot, different colors. Same size as sandels I previously purchased from Toms, but these were snug across toe bed. Started my return and it shows these as Final Sale. That never came up when purchasing them and didn't when I went to mock purchase them again. Trying to exchange them became a nightware. I will never purchase from Tom's again and am spreading the word on the horrible return policy."
"I am a teacher and on my feet most of the day. I ordered these in my usual size and I love them! They dress up any outfit, and the heel is tall, but not too tall. I wouldn’t buy these if you need to walk five miles…but for standing they are comfortable and lovely. I have a narrow foot, and they are a more narrow style."
