"I have ordered several pairs of these and usually they fit & feel great on my feet. This particular pair are, I guess, not made properly. I thought it was just a matter of breaking them in but they slip at the heel no matter what I try. Hurt at the sides no matter what I try. I think you have lost me as a customer."
"I ve had my TOM’s old model for 8 years straight and I LOVED them and was so sad when they wore out. However they were hard to break at the beggining This new model is not all hard to break - it fist great straight away. I usually love wide toe box but this is soft and works great for my toes. True to size (7. 5) and very very comfortable. I like gray-ish color since it goes with literally everything. My go to all summer long!"
