    Disappointed

    Very disappointed, ordered these for a summer wedding and time was tight. They took 10 days to come, then were the incorrect shoes I purchased. I have chased this up with customer service 3 times already and still don’t have an answer. Can’t comment on the quality of the shoes, but the quality of customer service is shocking.

    Awful in every way

    Awful experience. Arrived 3 weeks late and no apology given. Very slow and ineffective responses from customer services. Absolute shambles of a company
