"Schoenen zouden heerlijk kunnen zitten als de stof aan de binnenkant niet dubbel zou zitten. Ik had bij aankomst direct aangegeven dat er een fabrieksfout in de schoen zat, maar daar is tot op heden niet op gereageerd. Daarom schoenen teruggestuurd, waardoor ik dus zelf wederom de verzendkosten kon betalen. Ook daarij kon ik aanvinken in contact te willen komen met Klantenservice, maar helaas. Nu ruim 10 euro armer en geen schoenen. . ik koop hier geen schoen meer. Jammer want ze zijn wel leuk! Daarbij is het retourneren erg lastig. Kortom erg klantonvriendelijk helaas. Over de achoen: mooie schoen, zacht voetbed. Hak wat stroef, maar ik verwacht na inlopen oké. Ze vallen kleiner dan mijn andere, platte paar."

"They are cute but fit is wonky. . . they fit at the top of shoe with my high arch and wide foot with bunion BUT my heel comes out every time I walk. . . tried to adjust with heel insert and socks but rubs heel . . . maybe because shoe is heavy is some spots"
