Didn’t even last 45 days
"I loved these boots. I wore them at least 3-4 times a week for the first 45 days. Then, on day 44, the zipper seam on the right boot started to come undone. I began a chat with support on the TOMS website that day and was told to email retail@toms.com. The company has a 45 day satisfaction guarantee, so I figured I would be able to either return these for my money back or receive a new pair. It has been 23 days and I have not heard back from TOMS. I have emailed multiple times since for a follow up and still have yet to hear back. For the amount of money these were, I expected them to last more than 44 days. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the shoe and the customer service, or lack thereof."

Arrived damaged
"I love the boots but they arrived with a broken zipper on the right one. Sent in a ticket to customer service and never got a response (maybe because I bought them on sale?) so I brought them to a local shoe repair place - $50 later they're among my favorite pairs of shoes but I do wish TOMS had been able to address the issue! Aside from the broken zipper, they're well made, very comfortable and versatile. Fit is slightly narrow."
Beautiful boot, but very narrow.
"I saw these and thought they'd go perfectly with some new jeans I got for winter. Upon receiving the boots, I was excited to try them on. However they were very narrow. So narrow, I had to return them and that's when I learned there was a fee subtracted from my refund for the return. I don't have a wide foot, I fit in regular. Then I read a ton of reviews stating this, so I guess my point is, unless you have a narrow foot, these will likely be too tight."

"I wear a pretty standard 9. 5 in most shoes, and have slightly wide feet, and this fit true to size for my foot. Comfortable enough to wear to work, and cute with most outfits. Good tread too."
