I contacted customer services to which I received an automated holding email that I would hear in three days. After a week I am still yet to be contacted other than this review request. Disappointed, frustrated customer."

Trying to contact the carriers was almost impossible, they use AI and if you don't say the right thing you can't get a coherent response. It took five attempts to check on delivery and in the end I changed from using a secure delivery box at my local garage to having them delivered to my home and left on the doorstep."

"They moved the manufacturing to China. They use low quality material and the foot sizing is all out of size and shape. These are worn without socks and you can guarantee some cuts and abrasions when first worn. Another quality bran ruined to increase the profit."

"I think the shoes are great but unfortunately I had to pay £23. 18 on delivery and duty charges to UPS to allow them to deliver. I was advised by customer service that I should pay it and they will refund me. I provided proof of payment and as yet no refund. I then contacted them on Instagram…again they asked for proof of payment and they would refund. Currently no refund received. So a very expensive pair of Toms."
