Nice shoes - incredibly slow delivery

"My Toms are very nice, although, they do have a section on the top (where the elastic is) which is absolutely going to rub sore spots on the tops of my bare feet, so beware if you have sensitive feet. I've selected "comfortable" below, but that section would make me pause over that description. I would also never recommend ordering from the Toms website directly if you want speedy delivery. I think it took over a week to dispatch my shoes and then there were days of delays with UPS. Finally, on the day of delivery, they claimed I wasn't home to receive the package (I was), and took it to a local shop, which I then I had to pick up the next day. I would advise buying from somewhere like Office or something like that if you want a regular 3-5 day delivery turnaround."

"They were not what I was wanting. Did not fit me properly. Too high on the sides. . . scratched at my ankle bones. . . will have my great granddaughter try them on on July 13th. . . hopefully they will fit her. Did get quality customer service from TOMS to know exactly what kind of shoe I was looking for. Love my TOMS."

Dreaddful service

"Only shoes that are not true to size. I ALWAYS take a size 6 always, but these are too small. Dreadful customer service who ignored my cancelation request and don't reply in three days as they state. Still waiting. 17 days!!! for delivery. No live chat, Phone line not functional. I cancelled before delivery but now have to send them back as they don't fit. Ridiculous. Have had my money for ages and just the worst service."

"These are very comfortable shoes and being white canvas go with everything from shorts, to dresses all summer long. Of course. , in the south they can be worn all year around because of the warmer climate."

Sizing is very inconsistent

"I ordered a size 9 as a replacement for a returned size 9. 5 - neither fit. The size 9. 5 was so big it was falling off my foot. The size 9 was so small my toes were scrunched up and squished. I have been a Tom's wearer for years and have never had this kind of inconsistency in sizing. It's a bummer and a hassle. I am out like $14 on shipping for a $40 pair of shoes and still don't have shoes that fit."

"I tried to buy these shoes twice. Size 9-1/2 wide was too big so I ordered 9 wide and they were too small. I didn't know what to do so I gave up! I'm returning the second pair, too"

Not satisfied

"Ive wore Tom’s for a bit now, however when I bought the new alpargata I was very surprised and very disappointed. My old alpargata was a size 7. 5 in women’s so I bought the new one of course I bought a 7. 5 again, however the new one was bigger. I was able to exchange it which was great however when I got the new one in size 7 it still feels big and very bulky. It’s definitely not like the old one. Ive bought other shoes from Tom’s in other styles in the past and haven’t been satisfied either. They are very uncomfortable. Not sure if I’ll be purchasing again."

"I've been wearing Toms for years. The last pair of shoes I purchased were a disappointment. The sole was about 1/4 inch thinner and the insole was so thin that I will have to buy a replacement."
