"I’ve been looking for a pair of boot just like this for years. Wearing a 12 (women’s) makes it difficult to find shoes and bad feet makes it that much harder. These fit perfectly (as every pair of closed Tom’s I’ve purchased, sandals don’t unfortunately) and are comfortable!!"

Disappointing product and even worse customer service
"First, the boots were not as nice as they looked in the picture. Second, when I went to return them, I was told I was outside the window. Looked up the policy and it said you had to return within 30 days of ORDERING. But they took 20 days to get to me, then I was out of town. So I was maybe 3 days past the deadline. I called and got to return them but come on! Should be 30 days from delivery if you're going to take so long to get them out to me."

These are terribly uncomfortable
"These are really tight and uncomfortable around the toes - I can't even wear them for 30 mins without them hurting my feet. And, the soles do not offer any cushioning. I would not recommend getting these booties. Returning them has also been a big problem as they have a short return policy and a restocking fee."

Super easy to get on and off. AND the sole of the boot feels like walking on cushion… it feels “bouncy” when I’m walking. Super comfortable, plus I’ve received a lot of compliments! 10/10 purchase!"
